(April 20, 2022, 11:54 am)I contacted these people to record and live stream my grandfather's funeral as we have family all over world that couldn't physically be there. They were easy to get a hold of. Even on the weekend during the holiday of Passover and Easter. We talked multiple times over the phone that weekend and we never had issues.
They do not use Zoom, YouTube, Twitch, etc but a professional grade streaming software. On the day of, their videographer was polite, kind, and professional. He made sure everything went well. I heard from my family that watched the stream, the quality was top notch. I don't think we could have gotten anywhere near as high a quality if we used the freely available streaming platforms. What's more, the recording was available for us to download merely a few hours later.
If you are looking for a company to record your next event, I would highly recommended Bergen Audio Visual. -
