  Wonderful place. I was only in town for a short time and they gave me an amazing deal on a short term membership. Everyone there was so friendly. It has a great small business/community feel to it. As far as the equipment and amenities, it's perfect, it has everything you need to get the job done and none of the gimmicky things that you don't. They also have a sauna. I cannot recommend this place enough.

  If Mike Mentzer and Arthur Jones were alive today, R&T Nautilus would be the facility if they curated it. The elusive overhead pullover machine is here. A total of three. This gym is hardcore certified. If you are an old school '70s-'80s fitness enthusiast, this gym will satisfy your needs. The #1 priority in this gym is the strength equipment by nautilus. The Nitro line by Nautilus is here too. That is just the main floor. On the other side of the gym is the open space area. You'll find heavy bags, spin bikes, another over head pullover machine and A FREAKING ROCK CLIMBING WALL!! If that is not badass I don't know what is. Its amazing to see gyms like this still up and running in 2022. Make this your main gym to go to!

  I love this gym! As a new mom, it can be intimating to walk into a gym, but everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I love using their childcare services in the morning too. I know my baby is in good hands while I get some "me" time.

  This gym is beyond just a gym they treat all their members like family. Everyone at the gym is so friendly and welcoming you never have to feel worried about being judged no mater where you are in your fitness journey. They also have an amazing daycare where the staff cares for the kids like their own. My 3 year old son loves going to the daycare so much that he gets upset when we don’t go. I have tried many other gyms in the area and none have made me feel more at home and comfortable then R&TNautilis.

  While visiting my best friend this week, she introduced me to this gym - R & T Nautilus. The gym is super clean and the owner is present happily working to keep it clean. We took an awesome Pilates class with a great instructor, Carol who has been teaching for over 15 years. I highly recommend this gym if you are serious about working out and keeping fit.
