The reason is because the coach Amr Ibrahim teaches in a very simple way that anyone can understand and at the same time the most effective way. He teaches every new guy who wants to be strong fast alpha how to slow down and learn the technique first and how to keep energy and strength at the same.
This way you can start right away in the mixed group. Everybody is super nice and when you do exactly what Amr and Bruce are telling you you will be able to enjoy the class with everyone regardless of their level. The advanced guys will go easy on you and newer guys can raise with you and you can learn from each other. Don't hesitate and join because you are already missing great opportunity. At the same time, work on your shape. Even though everyone is super nice it is definitely tough cardio training so work on the correct breathing and endurance. -

(January 16, 2023, 10:07 am)Amazing training facility with top-notch Muaythai instructors, focusing on all levels of development in traditional Miay Thai. The sky is the limit with whatever level you want to train here from learning to defend yourself all the way up to fight competitions a true family environment, where the egos are left at the door, I highly recommend this gym for the serious Mui Thai practitioner, and for those looking to learn self defense

The gym has a great family environment and will welcome you with open arms. Not only will you learn important martial arts skills and get in great shape, but you will also learn valuable life lessons as well!
