  Been going to Pilates reformer for about 3 months now and I’m obsessed. It’s helped me rebuild my core/pelvic floor since having my babies. It’s helped me to get my form down for my squats in the gym. I am so excited to keep going and getting stronger. Thank you to all the wonderful instructors there.

  The absolute best fitness trainers and classes!! I 100% recommend the pilates and group classes here. The trainers are wonderful. The classes are a perfect size; enough where everyone gets input on form while still being motivated by the group and trainers. Excellent experience all around. I have been coming for about a year and plan on being a regular member for life.

  Fitness Haven is a wonderful studio. With fun classes and trainers who care. They always push you to be your best and are constantly varying the workouts. A great community of passionate fitness enthusiasts!

  Beautiful, clean studio with a positive energy and a spa like feel. Every teacher has years of experience and makes sure you are doing moves correctly to avoid injury. Plus, they have so many classes to choose from, I never get bored with my workout. Love it here!
