  RMAC Fitness is the BEST! I've trained with Ryan, the head trainer and owner, for the last 5 years. We trained karate, weight loss, and strength training. Ryan has so much knowledge about health, fitness, and nutrition that he can help you with any issue or goal you have. He is also so motivating and provides so much value. He goes above and beyond to hold you accountable and get you the results your looking for. His business is about lifestyle change and truly does help you move, look, and feel better! Thanks Ryan!!

  Before R Mac fitness, I was struggling to find both a nutritional and workout program to accommodate my needs and account for previous injuries. Ryan had exceeded my wildest expectations in customizing a plan hat works for me, that has led to a rapid increase in lean muscle coupled with consistent fat loss.   Had a great 1st workout with the staff... felt comfortable and broke a solid sweat in the process. I will be back.
