  Small gym with everything you need, reasonable pricing, locally owned, upstairs area with turf, extra dumbbells and extra platforms and racks. Try to avoid the busiest times like 5:30-7:30 when they have trainers helping there clients and a class going on upstairs blasting music.

  It's a very good place, they've got just about all the equipment you can need, but some of them are in a bit of disrepair, especially the cardio machines. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, and the 24 hour availability is a huge draw for me. I don't avail the personal trainers here, so I cannot speak to their quality, but I will say that there's some sort of guided cardio class they do on the second floor around 5:30 that is just beyond annoying, where they play music so loud that you can hear it through headphones on the other side of the gym, without even turning off the music that they normally play on speakers throughout the facility, so it just becomes this loud muddled mess during their busiest time, which is typically rather crowded as is. This is definitely the type of gym you'd want to go to on an off hour
