I contacted them to help with my 15 year old treadmill that wasn’t working. One day it just died on me and I thought I would need to purchase a new $2000 machine but they were able to fix it for less than half the cost within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend their service! -

Love my elliptical, the technician that came to set it up and service it was so pleasant, knowledgable and friendly!
