(March 3, 2023, 9:14 pm)I cannot recommend Mother's Embrace Yoga enough! This is a must for moms to be! The instructor, Linda is incredible. It is so organized. Each week of prenatal yoga is different and exciting, and it is the perfect easy pace for pregnancy. Not only does each class have perfect yoga, but it also focuses on a different relevant topic each week about pregnancy that we discuss as a group and I learn so much from! It is a community that is amazing to learn from as a mom to be.
