  I can't say enough good things about Pure Energy Fitness. Christine Quinones genuinely cares about her clients, she goes above and beyond to educate and accommodate all. Her classes are over the top and fun at the same time!! The instructors are very knowledgeable, and the members are friendly and fun. I truly enjoy this gym - It has a Good Vibe!

  Pure Energy is the best! Each class is different from the next, which keeps the workout fun while also helping me reach my goals. I love that the instructors always provide modifications to make moves more or less challenging to cater to different fitness levels and allow for constant progress. Christine is extremely attentive and motivating, and always makes me feel like part of the family. I can't recommend it enough!!!

  I love this gym!!!! I’ve been going to Pure Energy for over 10 years and can’t say enough about how great it is. Chistine, the owner, continually looks for ways to challenge us through new classes and equipment, and has boundless energy that keep us motivated. The virtual classes that Christine started during the pandemic were one of the main things that kept me sane and healthy. I have made such great friends at the gym and love that family feel. Whether you are super fit or just starting out, Christine makes you feel comfortable and offers modifications and motivation to keep you going. I highly recommend Pure Energy!!!!!!!!

  The BEST!!!!!!! I have been a Pure Energy Groupie since its inception. This is the best gym and the best workout. The classes are great and different every time. I need variety, challenge and the right amount of push. No matter what your level is, Christine makes it all manageable, your own challenge, and the appropriate work out for you.

  I have been a client of Pure Energy Fitness for over 10 years. It has changed my life! Over the years, I've taken countless classes and have never been disappointed. The variety of workouts keeps it interesting and challenging and the results won't disappoint. In addition to group classes, I have also done some private and semi-private training, which I also highly recommend. Christine and the other trainers are top notch, and as a nice bonus, I have made some great friends too!
