(August 16, 2023, 5:39 pm)I have been with POSI for 20+ years for my prosthetic care, they have been awesome. I looked at a few others in the beginning, then decided to go with POSI because of their dedication to the patient and attention to detail. I have been able to do so many things with the prosthesis (Above the knee) from riding a bike, running, walking 15k steps a day, rock climbing, hiking, softball, etc... when I need to get things looked at, they are always available and willing to help. They also work well with your insurance company and always stand behind their work.
Definitely would recommend POSI if you are having problems with a current prosthesis and are looking for a change, or someone who is new to the world of needing a prosthesis and are searching for a provider. -

(August 15, 2023, 10:54 am)The entire POSI team is knowledgeable, caring, friendly and professional. From the moment I entered the office, I was treated with compassion and respect. All aspects of my prosthetic treatment (ranging from medical to insurance) were explained to me in detail and any questions that I had were answered clearly. I had been to multiple other prosthetic providers in the past as I have been an amputee from more than a decade and the POSI team far exceeded the capabilities and expertise of these previous providers. The prosthetic I received from POSI fit the best of any I had ever received in the past. My activity level instantly increased because of the excellent fit. I had no more worries of the prosthetic not performing and my confidence to be in public places soared. Additionally, as I used my prosthetic, the POSI team made adjustments to the prosthetic to enable me to progress even further in the range of activities I could perform. I can not express in words the gratitude I have for the POSI team. If you are a new amputee or an amputee of many years, I am sure the POSI team can help you achieve a life filled with activities.
