  I relocated from another state and went to other facilities and well know hospitals that were not as great as SEPA. They were able to diagnose and treat me almost immediately when the other offices did not want to evaluate me nor treat me in the manner that they did. If I would have stayed with the other offices, I would not have had fully recovered to normalcy. They helped me recover and now I am almost able to function as a normal person for my young age .

  I’m very pleased with Dr. Shaw and his associates. I love how they are patient with you and answer all your questions .I been going here I would like to say a while The ladies at the font desk are always pleasant to you as you come in the door. The facility deserve more than five stars.

  Dr. Jaffe is a very good doctor with very good bedside manner. You can count on waiting a bit when you have an appointment at his office but that’s only because he takes whatever time he needs with each patient, answering questions, discussing treatment options and so forth. That to me makes a reasonable wait understandable. His staff is pretty great too. From checking in, making appointments, taking your vitals, and then the clerk/script that fills in the electronic charts for him. Practice is top notch in my book.

  Dr. Sasso was very professional. He listened to my concerns and created a plan of action that worked for me. We was willing to answer my questions and provide me with prompt answers and treatment the same day (I’m used to having to wait 2-3 weeks between consultations and procedures). I was impressed at the tightly run operation of the office and the consistently friendly supporting staff members) from front staff to medical personnel). More than exceeded my expectations.
