  While my service was great and quick, make sure you give thorough details before quote. I had a miscommunication issue, but their customer service took the time to fix the situation for me and ensure I was happy which I know is often not the case. Happy to support this family run business that honors their word!

  Prestige Lock & Home installed a front door handle set and mail box for my home. I mentioned to the owner that I had a few interior doors that were not closing properly. He said, don't worry I will take a look. Not only did he correct the door issues but would not charge me for the extra work. I highly recommend.

  I had a multi-point lock rekeyed by another locksmith I believed to be local at the time (but apparently he was not and did not have a physical location). To make a long story short, the lock no longer worked after that and this locksmith claimed that it was already broken.. I called Prestige to get a quote to replace the lock. I was pleasantly surprised that he was actually able to fix it!

  I had a great experience with Prestige Lock & Home. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from the owners. I needed my locks changed ASAP and they made sure to schedule me for their next available appointment. Very accommodating! The door hardware that they provide is great quality. Nothing that you would find at Home Depot. Highly recommended!
