(June 16, 2023, 3:36 pm)They answer the phone pretty quickly, no long holds. When needed technicians are dispatched quickly and they are knowledgeable. They are able to do the complete job, no need to coordinate with a separate company when doing an installation, and they do quality work.

(March 1, 2023, 10:55 am)Technician came over to our home and did an inspection on our gas tanks to make sure there are no leaks, since we have switched over to them. We are looking forward for having Gault deliver us propane gas. They are very professional and kind no matter whom you speak to. There prices are very reasonable compared to other propane companies out there.

(June 27, 2022, 5:10 pm)Gault installed a whole house generator for me in 2020, several valves in 2021, new AC UNIT and handler in 2022, as well as two new thermostats.
The Gault team is incredible. The phone calls are handled quickly and by knowledgeable staff. Rob Capri - the latest sales person I have worked with - was incredible.
Recently When there was a small misunderstanding on my job, Rob made sure the error was corrected and quickly came up with a great solution.
Today a father - son duo - Keith and Zack - expertly fixed a fan issue in my basement.
Whenever I deal with Gault - from service to maintenance - sales to billing, EVERYONE really strives to ensure that my needs are met and there is a high level of quality. With each and every person, they seem to take pride in doing a great job and representing Gault. I will only use Gault when it comes to heating and cooling and my generator.
Highly recommend.
