  New England Custom Floors did an excellent job staining the floors in our house. They took the time to meet with us in their warehouse on two separate occasions and applied multiple rounds of samples on our floors until we found one that was just right. Once the stain was selected, they did an excellent job applying it, finishing the work on time and at the agreed upon budget. We couldn't have asked for more and would happily hire them again.

  Excellent in every way! My floors are beautiful! Jorge and his Office Manager, Myrian, were a pleasure to work with and their communication was excellent. Very professional! They were able to include an additional request to install wood floors in the closet and got everything done on time.

  New England custom floors recently installed wide plank, white oak floors in my new kitchen. They had the added task of creating a stain that would look the same on the white oak and my existing 1930s red oak (red and white oak take stain quite differently) and matching my inspiration picture. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They were professional and respectful of my home. They covered every wall from floor to ceiling with plastic, before the sanding process started, to protect everything - including my brand new kitchen. I was quite surprised when we were finally able to come back into the house, plastic down, that there was little to no dust anywhere. We could not be happier and highly recommend them to anyone refinishing their floors or installing new ones.

  New England Custom Floors does beautiful work. Jorge is especially helpful, helping select the correct type of floor, and overseeing installation through the end ensuring it is on schedule. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about this company and their quality of work.

  I have worked with NE Custom Floors on reviving old strip wood oak floors. Jorge is extremely experienced in various wood treatments, from stains to waxes to paints. He was able to assess the condition of old & tired floors and advise on the best process to obtain the desired look. The crew was always on time, very polite, and professional. I would highly recommend NE Custom Floors to my clients and friends.
