  They are wonderful people. They kept answering my queries and giving me quotes even after they were meant to be closing. were on time, efficient, and polite, and they arrived just on time. I kept changing my requests—from installing new locks to rekeying—after we had just moved into a new house, yet each one was patiently and respectfully fulfilled. The fact that the technician was wearing the proper mask and paying attention to health and safety was tremendously appreciated. Strongly advised!

  excellent service, and was very responsive. He helped me determine the right locks, and provided me with information that was helpful for my future lock needs. He responded very quickly, and was able to set a time in the next few days to provide the services on my 3 doors, which aligned with my schedule. He was patient and very professional, I'd happily use New Milford Locksmith again.

  I can only say that New Milford Locksmith did an AMAZING job! He called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. All the doors close better than they ever did before! The extra keys he made work perfectly in every lock. The price was VERY reasonable! These guys are great.

  New Milford Locksmith was great! He called me to let me know what his ETA was, and kept me up to date so I could plan accordingly. He was super friendly, was wearing a mask and was very respectful when entering my home. He was able to re-key my new house in about 30 minutes, so speedy! Highly recommend using New Milford Locksmith and will call them again if I ever lock myself out or need other services :)

  Incredible service! New Milford Locksmith Pro's repaired our antique lock in a matter of minutes. He explained the issue and completed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. They also have an online scheduler that allowed me to see their availability and book a next day appointment. Would highly recommend to everyone!
