  Best workouts of my life. I’m 60 and have had many fitness club memberships, but my experience at Precision Kettlebells tops them all. The owner and lead instructor, Mike Barbato, comes up with a new routine every day, and conducts his classes with enthusiasm—you will not become bored! I’ve taken classes with several of Precision’s team, and they all demonstrate the same professionalism.
  
  Clean, open, brightly lit facility. Staff is friendly, and there’s great camaraderie among the clients. Highly recommend.

  I have tried several kinds of fitness programs and regimes over last decade, but nothing kept me hooked. Although, I wanted to, I did not like going to gym and pretty much nothing could change my mind. Precision Kettlebells (PK) did change my mind. I gave it a try for a month, I am so glad I did. It will soon be a year now, I can’t believe I am regular at PK. It has changed my life in many ways- I LOVE exercising, I have lost weight, I have slowly started to let go of my body image issues, I am wearing cloths which I have not in years, I am eating better than before. My fatigue/stress related muscle pains are going down.
  
  Kate and all the coaches are very nice and very helpful. Mike, head coach is exceptional. He is very committed and inspired to help people improve their fitness. If you fall back and stop coming, he sends personal messages reminding you to come back. If it was not for Mike, the team he has built and the excellent fitness program he offers, I would have long gone. I am so glad I found Precision Kettlebells.

  Mike offers workouts online - anything you want as far as skill level or duration. The best part is he's doing the workout with you and when you're feeling the pain, he is too. Thanks for all you do Mike (and all of the support you get at PK from the rest of the staff I am sure!)

  Precision Kettlebells and the coaches here have changed my life in good way forever. I started about 3 months and I feel fitter each day because of the work out regime at PK. The whole work out session is greatly thought through for the week and changes in workout each day makes it fun and challenging at the same time. Thank you Mike and team for your efforts each day.

  I cannot say enough about Precision Kettlebells. Mike and the team are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The workouts are designed in purposeful ways. They very from day to day making each day a new experience. This place isn’t just a gym but is an all encompassing program. They help with goal setting, resetting when you get off track, meal planning, healthy supplements, and best of all, there’s a whole community of support. If you’re looking for a program, look no further! Honestly, my decision to join many years ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
