(August 28, 2023, 4:39 pm)I have been to probably 30 or more crossfit style gyms due to work travel. This one is top notch. Great community, great Owners, great space. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not super competitive and intimidating like some gyms. Also, much cheaper than any crossfit style gym I have ever seen!

(March 12, 2018, 3:01 pm)I've had some of my best workouts here, and I've finally been able to get in shape and build muscle. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm vegan, and I wasn't sure how to integrate these intense workouts with my plant-based diet. Luckily, the gym's nutritionist helped me so much to meal plan and meet my goals. She actually eats a mostly plant-based diet herself. The owner, Darin, is a delight! I cannot recommend this place enough!
