Any time I got to work with them in any of their workshops I went to, I felt completely at ease letting any of these wonderful people help me figure out a scenario or try something new to me! I always left feeling 10x more confident in life. Period! If I hadn't moved away, I would probably be there today!

First timers aren't treated any different than those who have trained for years. The Instructors will do whatever it takes to give everyone the proper training, as well as a great attitude. Do not be afraid to visit, and if you train elsewhere, come on by and share your knowledge with us!!

All of the instructors (Jackie, Brian, and Jim) have experience in other arts as well such as muay thai , BJJ, and Karate which adds to the quality of instruction. If you're looking to learn Krav Maga in a fun, supportive environment at a reasonable cost I recommend you check them out!

Everyone takes time to assist and explain and make sure training is safe and effective. All instructors train and are constantly working to make themselves and their students better. Any martial art takes years to master, but you will leave this program each day with practical skills and advice for real life and an ever-increasing sense of self confidence and empowerment as you practice.
Evolution Krav Maga is the only program of its kind in the area run by a woman, supported by a team of well trained and attentive men and women. Jackalyn Brannan understands that men and woman face different threats in real life and will address these perspectives in class, especially in the Women's Self Defense.
Come give it a try, you won't regret it!
