Monika is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and focused. After years of unhealthy eating and yo yo dieting, I finally feel like I am on the right track. My weight is dropping, I feel great and I don't feel deprived. My appointments are an hour and the time flies. I leave feeling encouraged and with a wealth of information. I first met Monika about 5 years ago when she was my exercise trainer. Among other things, Monika taught me the importance of proper form and quality of my exercise over just getting reps & time in.
