  Very happy with the care provided for our home by Sage Home Care. Li-An in the office was fantastic. Olwethu our live in carer Sage assigned was informed, hard working and very understanding of our families needs. She did her job diligently and was always available to go the extra mile for us. Sage provides excellent professional service and we are so grateful for all the help provided in our time of need! We highly recommend Sage Home Care!

  Our experience with Sage was outstanding. We had long term care requirements for my Mom and for 2 years we received outstanding in home care. The caregivers were all extremely caring and worked very hard to make my mom both comfortable and loved. They also became a piece of our family. The Team managing them were also outstanding about providing coverage when our regular person(s) needed time off.

  We had a wonderful experience with Sage and with the great live-in they provided for my mom. Mom is 97 and recovering from surgery, but very independent-minded. I spoke with Li-An at Sage, who was so kind and very accommodating. She highly recommended an aid, Nom, who was just becoming available - and Li-An was SO right! Nom was absolutely fantastic. Young, bright and very helpful. She set mom at ease, making it all as pleasant as possible. We had a thoroughly positive experience working with Sage.

  I’ve had the best experience with Thembalethu Cele and Sage home care! We’ve used them for a year to care for my 93 year old aunt. Tee always treated her with respect and dignity and Li-an in the office is fantastic too. She helped me with the long term care insurance after they were very delinquent in payment. I highly recommend Tee and sage home care. They are the best!

  We started using the services of Sage Home Care in May 2021 after my 92 year old mother suffered a stroke which left her unable to walk without assistance. From the beginning the aides that came to assist were great. They were attentive to her personal needs, caring and took their job quite seriously. They were good company for my mom and took her to the programs at the Residence that proved stimulating for her. They also always let me know when we needed more supplies or of another concern. I was especially impressed with the support staff. They always answered the phone and were immediately responsive to my questions.
