When I first started looking, I wasn’t sure what it would be like but the buying process turned out to be a pleasure. Doug and Bill were very helpful and friendly and gladly gave me test rides on different cars that helped me arrive at a decision. The other staff at the dealership were great as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW car to stop by BMW of Ridgefield.

Incredible garage with a very inquisitive and professional crew. Don’t drive a BMW, but would reconsider based on this simple, short experience.

Tom in the service department was great ordered all the parts answered all my questions and most of all returned all of my phone calls. -
