(January 19, 2023, 10:36 am)Brought my car to Ace Tire after numerous trips to another Auto Shop. They immediately took my concerns seriously and got me right in. Within hours of having my car they found multiple safety issues that needed to be addressed. Jack at the front desk communicated and explained everything so I could easily understand. He kept in constant contact with me until my car was ready to be picked up. I would 100% recommend Ace Tire & Performance to everyone for the punctuality, communication and outstanding customer service.

(January 18, 2023, 3:32 pm)Nice people there who take the time to explain what’s going on. After replacing my tires, I had service performed at my car dealer. They indicated there appeared to be an alignment issue. Ace was able to get me back in and revisit the alignment. While they made a slight adjustment, it is likely the dealer’s method is far less accurate than what Ace does.
