(April 28, 2022, 11:28 am)Peter is very focused on his client’s success. I had by doctors orders to lose weight or I would have to go on more meds. Also having cancer in the past I was not in great shape. Peter put me and my wife on a training schedule to get us flexible again and then into better shape. After 2 years of working with Peter, my doctor actually took me off some meds and we feel great!!! I am feeling much better and looking great!! Peter is not my trainer but became our friend. We look forward to our training sessions and we work hard but have fun doing it. I highly recommend Peter as a personal trainer. You will not be disappointed…..

He considers not just the physical aspects of health but also the social and emotional needs of his clients. Peter takes an individual approach to understanding each of his clients unique history and personal needs, their strengths and limitations and gently guides them to their highest self. A great mentor for up and coming coaches in the business as well. He's definitely someone who can be trusted wholeheartedly.
