(November 14, 2022, 10:17 am)I'm a member here. The other members here are cool. No egos. Everyone is respectful and come here to work on themselves. Some staff members are cool while others are a little distant. The bathrooms are horrible. The showers are no longer maintained (there is no soap available, it's dirty). The bathroom stalls sometimes look a wreck. I hope the owners do something about this as the the rest of the facility and workout equipment is excellent and well kept. Owners should also be aware there is an LA Fitness opening up here in New Rochelle and these drawbacks may sway some to go there.
Update: since my last post, the owners responded here and at the facility (bathrrooms looking better) so I gotta give them 5 stars for their efforts. Thank you -

(August 3, 2022, 1:02 am)Overall a good gym. Been going here for years on and off. Only con is the parking. You can find street parking but paying that meter each time adds up! I really hope management considers validating parking or finding away for members to for park for free somewhere nearby. It would be greatly appreciated.

(September 9, 2021, 9:01 am)I live in Miami but have a black membership as I travel a bunch. That has been about a year now and I had no issues with entering any clubs in the US from California, New York, Texas and states in between. This particular location is within walking distance of my hotel which worked out great. Entry with my QR code was easy and not eventful. Going in at about 7:00 a.m. it was not crowded at all. The gym seems to be adequately clean and they had plenty of cleaning station. The bathroom area was clean and still with the locker room. People interacting with was courteous. The dumbbells all over the place would be my only gripe right but not an issue as it's more the people than the actual Club itself. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back.
