  This studio is like going to a nice little boutique, the owner really cares about your overall health and trains you to go beyond your perceived limits. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to look and feel better about their fitness! & I look forward to my weekly trainings!

  If you are looking for a very personal experience to focus on your goals - this is the place for you. Ivette is very dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. The classes are small enough to make sure you are getting personal attention and getting the form correct. There is a variety of workouts to keep your body engaged and sweating as well as conversations about nutrition and clean eating to help support your efforts. I've been here for almost a year and feel fabulous as I have come so far in meeting my goals.

  I really loved this place. It is very peaceful and it feels personal. Ivette is a great trainer and she has a lot of patience. I have been working out in this studio since I started. The classes change every once in a while, so you are not stuck with a same routine all the time. I train there and also take yoga. They started a new class named PIYO and is great. I love everything about this place.

  Ivette is the best. When I need extra motivation she is always there. She always makes sure the workout is kick your ass in shape hard, but fun. I wish I could go 3 or 4 times a week. If you are looking for a trainer to really make a difference in your life, she is the one for you!
