  My 5 year old son loves Budding Buddha classes! Not only does he learn yoga poses but they also incorporate important themes into each class. He’s always eager to attend!
  Sue and Michelle are the best!
  He has enjoyed the music/yoga workshops as well! I highly recommend these classes!

  Both of my daughters have taken yoga classes with Budding Buddha’s for years - fantastic programs! I have seen huge improvements in their confidence levels, ability to practice mindfulness & stress reduction, not to mention the obvious fitness benefits. Sue Fried has created a safe space for my girls to express themselves & grow into more confident young women. THANK YOU!

  From hosting a birthday party at the studio to classes for friends at home, mall classes and monthly PJ Yoga events - Budding Buddhas, Sue & her team have been the most wonderful to work with, chat with, befriend and trust my kids with! They've taught some great skills while being fun and loving. The best of the best!

  My daughter and nieces have attended Budding Buddha classes...from their regular yoga classes to themed "PJ Yoga" classes and they loved it! I highly recommend Sue and her staff -- they are amazing and your kids will have a great time!

  We love Susan! She taught my son yoga for years. She completely changed his life and his way of being. She helped him to develop strength and flexibility. Even more importantly , she taught him breathing and calming techniques that he still uses. She is immensely talented!
