(August 31, 2023, 1:24 pm)I am in my seventies and have been working out at Personal Fitness Solutins for over a year. I am fitter than I have been in a long time and my balance, posture, bone mass, core strength, lean muscle and stamina have all dramatically improved.
The 45 minute workouts are very efficient and effective. I get more from these workouts than I used to get in several hours by myself at Planet Fitness. Your body and health is the best place to spend time, money and effort.
Commit yourself to two or three sessions a week (the regular membership supports unlimited sessions) and you will get solid results you will see and feel.
I strongly recommend Personal Fitness Solutions if you want a positive change.

Because of my experience at Personal Fitness Solutions I made positive changes in my work outs once back home as Kevin had shown me I was capable of much more.
