  This is the company you want when all things water and air becoming a problem. I was impressed with the knowledgable approach to my air system issue. Nate made no assumptions. He quickly checked my unit top to bottom. The problem was articulated and repaired. The unit was back on line in record time. My worries were over. The scientific and diligent thought made this repair both efficient and economical. This was nothing short of expert service.

  We had a leak in our pipe in the basement and called Parker Plumbing and they were able to come to our house very fast and fix it. They had been recommended by a few of our neighbors so felt comfortable using them. They were very efficient, patient and explained everything. I highly recommend them!!

  If I could have chosen 10 stars, I would have. Nate is the definition of professional and accomplished. How lovely to have someone communicate every step of the way, and do a job to standards way above the norm. I recommend him and his services and would definitely call upon him again. I found him through Google search and am so happy I did.

  Nate Parker is a godsend! He responded in a timely manner to our call/text and was very professional in his communication before, during and after his work. He then found the culprit for our heating issues (trouble reaching the temp set on thermostat) by targeting the leaking pipe in our crawlspace. He was able to purge our system (natural gas boiler) and replace the leaking pipe among several other maintenance items immediately following his diagnosis (showed us in person and took photos). We appreciate not only his hard work, but also his professionalism in giving us a thorough, knowledgeable and logical explanation of the issue and general maintenance guidance and info for our heating system, informing us as educated consumers. He never pressured us to purchase anything we didn't need or make any sales pitch: he simply explained what needed to be replaced in the appropriate time frame with logical reasoning, and allowed us to make our own educated decisions. About a week after his work, he followed up to see how our heat was working - 100% better and still going strong after a few weeks! We will be sure to call him back for future maintenance and repair as necessary, but have confidence that it probably won't be for a while because of his good, honest hard work.   The hot water is back on without the leaking!!!! 1st I need to thank the previous reviewers that left the wonderful reviews for Parker Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. I felt confident calling them to replace my water heater, which I needed done as soon as possible. Nate was able to come out the same day!! Now, thank you so much Nate!! I appreciate your patience with me, taking the time to explain things, making the time to come out and keeping me posted while you were on your way.
