  5 stars is not enough there should be a 20 and above. This is our 2nd service with your employee Max he is an extremely perfectionist very responsible and clean cut plumber. He did not leave any stone unturned. We can see his potential to be becoming a CEO somewhere. He has a great attitude, his quality of work was super. Didn’t take hours to access the job, nor complete the job. Did not run back and forth to his truck. He was always well equipped and ready. There is no other plumbing service that can touch Valenza. PLEASE TREAT him well he is a Great Plumber!

  My 2nd floor AC unit went out and choose to go with a family owned company not far from me. They did not disappoint in any way. Professionals, timely responsive and quality work. Would recommend and plan on utilizing them for future needs.

  Called late one afternoon and they were on site the following morning as agreed to fix a broken hot water heater. Determined the cause quickly, presented options and replaced heating elements as I requested. While there the master tech Max noticed leaky water valves and fixed those too.
  By agreement the following morning Max was on site to investigate a second problem: a burst pipe in the ceiling above a bathroom. Max asked me to turn on the water for 10 seconds, listened carefully and pinpointed precisely where the leak came from. He neatly created a small opening in the ceiling and replaced the broken section.
  Excellent service, talented plumber.
  Will definitely use them again and highly recommend Valenza.

  This company is worth calling. This was my first time calling Valenza Plumbing and I don't regret it. I had two leaks in my house this morning one was in my daughter bathroom and the other was in the garage. The leak in my daughters bathroom was so bad it leaked down into my closet and into the basement. It was more like a flood. Any company would take advantage of a payday. Not this company Max came out fixed the leaks and cleaned up everything afterwards and answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. To make a comparison I called Polar plumbing this morning before I called Valenza they wanted $900 to come out and look at what had to be done before they even started to fix anything and Valenza charged me less than that and got the job done. Thank you

  Can't say enough of how satisfied we are with Valenza! We had pretty substantial water damage in our kitchen as a result of an ancient lead pipe finally giving out, and Valenza handled the required work wonderfully. Max was our guy, and by the end of it it almost felt like he was a part of the family :D His expertise and customer service are both top-notch!
  
  Overall, Valenza are extremely responsive, on-time, did the job quickly, and were priced very fairly. Thank you so much for getting us back up and running! I'd recommend Valenza to anyone in the Newburgh area.
