  If you’re looking stop and just use these guys they are very honest! Recently central Hudson shut down one of my properties because there was a gas leak so my tenants had no heat or hot water. These guys came really fast the same day and got the job do with no extra BS. I received multiple quotes from plumers in the area. Most of them tried to ad extra work that was not needed. Just lies and over pricing crooks sad. If you’re looking for a plumer in the area im telling you these are the guys. I will be using them for my other properties. The owner takes this company serious. You can see it in the guys he has working for him. They even came by when the central Hudson inspector. Came to turn the gas back on.

  A great story that illustrates their responsiveness and customer service: A backed up drain line was causing flooding below. They responded and ran out to take a look, even though it was a weekend. And because of scheduling issues with the tenants (it required both top and bottom tenants to be present at the same time.) it took a day or two to schedule. Because I didn’t want to wait, they gave me the name of another plumber who was more available and ran over and did the job the very next morning.
  They never actually did the work, but helped me get the job done – and never charged me for all the time they spent. Their only concern was that “the job gets done!”
  That’s service!

  These guys were great. Right before I was going out of town for a while, I had some plumbing urgencies due to some tenants dumping things down the toilet that should never be dumped down there. Less than an hour from my call Uppercut had a plumber on the scene addressing the issue. When an issue recurred the following day due to this tenant misuse, Uppercut had a plumber back at the house at first availability to address the issue again. They then gave me a break on the follow up price. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
