  Incredibly friendly and thorough service. I bought digitally resurfaced progressive lenses there and they work far better than any progressives I've had to date. Great store.

  A wonderful experience! I brought in an old pair of backup glasses bought elsewhere years ago and the optician quickly affixed one lens which had fallen out and absolutely refused to charge me or let me leave a tip.

  This store is just amazing with a lot of great choices for frames as well as unique sunglasses.
  
  Margharet was super nice. I had 2 sunglasses to repair and not inly she swiftly repaired both but she also didn’t charge me anything for it.

  We have found the Optical Shop of Westport to be the best source for eyeglasses in the area. Margharet has a great eye for choosing the style and frame size/type that will complement any face. She has a wide selection of classic and more fashion forward frames and is patient, astute and pleasant during the selection process. We have had several pairs of glasses made here and are thrilled with them all. She recently helped me with a pair of glasses that I had broken (old ones, not from her shop) and couldn't have been more helpful. The shop is in a convenient location, is clean and comfortable and there is easy parking.

  I had the best experience getting my new glasses here! Margharet is a true expert in her field. I have a difficult time finding frames that are lightweight and comfortable on my nose while still being stylish. The selection here is amazing and there were many frames that fit my criteria!! Margharet was helpful in picking a design that flattered me and are more comfortable and weigh less than any other glasses I’ve ever worn. Grateful that I found this place and I am now a customer for life!
