(1) they know their stuff (2) they prioritize safety and body mechanics and (3) they are passionate, creative and fun! I regularly train with Matt and take the strength and endurance classes there...every workout is new, exciting and challenging. I absolutely LOVE working out at M.Train and highly recommend them!
