  I can't recommend Goal enough. I went in with an acute low back injury, and Goal not only helped me get back to everyday activities pain free but also progressed my training so that I could get back to playing golf and working out quickly. Most physical therapy facilities struggle to bridge the gap between relieving pain and returning to more rigorous activities (namely working out and reinforcing good habits). Goal excels at bridging this gap as it appears to be one of the only facilities in the Fairfield County area that has the expertise to address both a patient's physical therapy needs and return to exercise or sport needs. Without addressing the latter, you'll end up spending a lot more time and resources dealing with reoccurring aches and pains.

  GOAL is an awesome place to get back into sports. After undergoing shoulder surgery in the fall, I only had around 4 months to get game ready before my lacrosse season started. With the amazing help from GOAL, I was able to get back into lacrosse at the beginning of the season. I worked with Owen, who made it his goal to get me back on the field as soon as possible. Some doctors estimated that it would take 6 months or more to fully recover, but with Owen’s expertise I was back on the field in 4 months. He also worked with my surgeon to make sure that my progress was at a rate that would not trigger a re-injury.

  I have loved my experience thus far at Goal! I am 2 months into my ACL and meniscus surgery recovery and am working towards return to play! The facility is perfect for one on one physical therapy and has all the equipment and trainers I was looking for in a pt for return to sport. I’m looking forward to the rest of my time at Goal and would recommend to any other athletes looking for training and physical therapy!

  I had a great experience at Goal physiotherapy. The staff were fantastic -- encouraging, kind and professional. I specifically worked with Owen after a meniscectomy. Not only did he help me recover strength, but he also helped me overcome trepidation through his sincere demeanor and consistent encouragement. All of the staff make an effort to create a relaxed environment where the client feels comfortable and supported. The staff are also so friendly which aids in creating a joyful, motivating environment. I've been to a few other physios before and this has been by far my best experience from physical recovery to overall experience. I definitely recommend!
