Truck went in for a def system issue. Tyler went above and beyond while I was out there. Made sure I got into a nice hotel. Even went out of his way to cover a fuel charge the company I was with left me hanging at a gas station for three hours he left his home to meet me there to cover it. That whole shop is phenomenal. They really get to the bottom of the issue you and don’t just try to bandaid it to get ya down the road. Whenever I’m out that way that will be my shop.

I’ve been in the trucking business for many years and these guys are hands down by far the best repair/road service heavy truck company I’ve ever used. We were traveling through the area when our trailer lights stopped working. The young man was very kind and helpful in diagnosing the issue and has helped coordinate us back to the installing company to get the necessary repairs. I was glad he was on the scene of this today and his pleasantness even lifted our otherwise demoralized spirit! Thanks again Tyler!

Called NYS Heavy Repair for help. Tyler owner was very friendly and helpful. Came earlier than appointment, did very good job, solve my problem with my truck. Tyler knows what he’s doing and very professional on his young ages)
