(April 20, 2023, 2:42 pm)We recently purchased a 2018 Grand Design from Alpine Haus RV and they were wonderful. The process was so easy and couldn’t have gone smoother. I was a little hesitant purchasing from a website and making an 800 mile round trip to pick it up. It was better than advertised and their support after the purchase has been great. I would definitely shop there again.

Thank you Gil Rosario for helping guide us toward what camper best fit our needs and budget.When it came time for the must have items. Ben from the parts department assisted with our accessories, while still staying within our budget. Keith Todd made the financing of the camper flawless. We would definitely recommend visiting Alpin Haus for your camping trailer/RV needs.

He helped us pick out the right one for us, was very professional and accommodating, and was able to get us a great price as well! Keith was also amazing in helping us understand everything we needed for financing and making sure we had a speedy close! (November 30, 2022, 7:04 pm)Update: went back November 30 to get some warranty work done, replacement of a defective counter top. I couldn't be happier with the process. Everything from manufacturer warranty approval to installation including multiple phone calls prior to the appointment to keep me posted to ensure that everything was all good. Thanks to Luis, Krystal and Chris for making the repair as quick and painless as possible!
Hands down the best RV buying experience! Mike in sales answered or found the answer to every question we had. He spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable with the process. The day of pick up, Dan, who gave us the orientation tour, was knowledgeable and patient in every little detail on our new RV. And thanks to Keith for making the paperwork fast and painless as possible. I highly recommend Alpin Haus!
