  From the moment my husband and I met with Ken, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. He walked us through what he suggested we repair in our 100 year old house and explained the process every step of the way. He asked for our input and consent on anything before he went ahead and we really came to value his suggestions and advice. He is a really hard worker, reliable and timely with his work as well as his communication. He is also extremely friendly and didn’t mind me asking questions throughout the process. We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled electrician to update their home. We will use him in the future for our home improvement needs.

  Ken at North Crest was referred to me by my neighbor, and I'm glad I went with him for my Tesla wall charger installation. He was professional and kind. He patiently explained things to me regarding the installation and our current electrical panel. And based on the quotes I've gathered in my area (Northern NJ), he is very reasonable, fair, and transparent with pricing. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs some work electrical work done, including EV chargers!

  After seeing the great reviews online, it was all true. Ken is an amazing electrician. He stop by our home and walked through the proposed project, recommended options and provided a quote same day. Ken was flexible with his start time and he stayed until the job was done. It is so hard to find highly qualified and trusted companies. I highly recommend this company to anyone without any hesitation. Already planning our next project with North Crest. Thank you Ken!

  We contacted this company after seeing the great reviews online and received a call back the same day from Ken, the owner! He came over the next day and was very friendly and courteous to prepare an estimate to upgrade our electrical service. He showed up on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He followed up quickly with a very reasonable estimate and we scheduled his start up! His work was very meticulous and he covered some furniture and put a drop cloth where he was working and was very protective of our home. He neatly labeled all the circuits and finished in one day. I highly recommend his company to anyone without any hesitation, and we couldn't be more pleased. It was a totally professional experience with Ken of North Crest LLC from start to finish.

  I had a great experience working with Ken. From my initial request for a quote through completion of the job, Ken was always available via multiple methods of communication. Additionally, he was very quick to visit my house and review the work I was proposing. He provided thoughtful suggestions based on his experience. After we agreed upon the work to be done, Ken was able to schedule the work almost immediately. I added a request on the day of his visit and he was able to accommodate this request in addition to the rest of the work he was doing. The EV charging unit installed outside of the house looks great and the lighting and outlets in the basement are exactly what we needed. Highly recommend working with Ken.
