  Our central A/C needed to be replaced. We have oil heat and hot water, and wanted to install a heat pump for A/C and heat, and keep the oil for a duel system. We had several contractors come out for estimates. Leo Vargas was the only contractor who measured or rooms, quoted us energy start equipment, and was able to qualify us for a rebate. The work was done on time, in a professional manner. They ran the lines through the garage ceiling, and no demo or repairs to the walls, ceilings were needed. Leo spent several hours synching the thermostat, heat pump, air handler and boiler so they all correctly communicate with each other, and then set up the app on our phones. We met with Leo several times before finalizing the deal.
  He explained everything, and answered all our questions. He is a gentleman, and a pleasure to work with.

  My experience with this company started at the trade show. The staff answered all my questions and didn't rush me to any decision. When I decide to get my estimate for my AC unit I was skeptical from my previous experience but it turned out great. Again all my questions were answered and the estimate was absolutely fair and reasonable in my opinion. The installation process was also trouble-free and timely. This company is one of the best one I dealt with and I definitely would recommended them to anyone.

  We had our ancient HVACs replaced. I had gotten proposals from several companies, and Prestige stood out from the very start. The person who came to assess our situation was the only one who asked me questions about our preferences—opening my eyes to the fact that we had choices. He also explained the pros and cons of alternatives I didn't even know existed, and yet were highly relevant. Then I was able to determine the specific capabilities we wanted. So the education that Prestige provides begins during that initial visit. And then it continues with their proposal. Every other proposal simply noted the brand and capacity of the equipment, and provided the cost for that and for the labor. Prestige's proposal did that of course, but with greater detail, and then went on to describe every single step of the entire project. The installation itself was done with such care, attention to detail, and attentive skillful problem solving. Their concern was clearly doing the best possible job, regardless of the time it took. And my husband and I couldn't be happier with the results.

  Prestige installed a ductless heating and air conditioning system in my home- Lewis was our first contact and he couldn't be more helpful, explained everything and responded to all our questions promptly. The mechanics working for 2 days were polite and neat, cleaned up during and after the installation- I would recommend this company highly

  Prestige's excellent team, led by Lewis V., just completed a whole-house heat pump installation in our Ossining home. My husband and I were pleased with every aspect of the team's work. Lewis's communication was excellent as was the team's expertise, attention to detail, and thoughtful installation of equipment inside and outside our 170-year-old home. The crew also cleaned up as they worked and were delightful to have around.
  This was one of the best contractor experiences we've had (and we're pretty picky). Thank you!
