(February 16, 2022, 6:52 pm)This is the gym where I feel most comfortable in my own skin, while challenging myself. The instructors are always there to help you and challenge you when you need it. I knew nothing about kickboxing before I started, and I can see myself getting better each time I attend class. I've learned so much since I've started, and I've met so many great people! The gym itself is super clean and all of the staff is very friendly.

(February 16, 2022, 10:14 am)My four year old son has been going here for 7 months doing kickboxing and wrestling and he loves it! His coaches (who are either pro or amateur fighters) take the time to really help the kids learn while making it fun for them. Sometimes it seems like they are having more fun then the kids during some of the lessons. I liked the environment so much here that I signed up for Muay Thai classes myself.

I did this Fitness Challenge 5 years ago and going back reminded me of exactly how much I achieved the first time around ! Trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. I started this 6 week challenge 6 weeks ago and what I've accomplished in that time is unbelievable!! Everyone here is so supportive and the trainers go above and beyond to help you achieve your fitness goals!! The gym is so clean and the staff is constantly walking around wiping the equipment down and cleaning the floors!!
