My son isn't into organized sports. He has tried a few different sports, but he wasn't interested. We were looking for something to help him stay active, and that's when we came across Goodebody Fitness. He started in September. His fitness journey has evolved not only physically, but also mentally. He has been more focused, disciplined, responsible, and accountable for himself.
The trainers at Goodbody Fitness have supported and guided him every step of the way! He enjoys going to the gym, he enjoys the equipment, and he enjoys the comradery with his peers and trainers.
The gym schedule allows for flexibility with our schedules. The times and days allow us to be able to get him there in the afternoon or evenings during the week, and weekend classes are available too.

This is the greatest gym ever! Not only did both Brian and Dave help my son physically they helped him mentally through this whole challenging time of the pandemic. They are amazing with their students and have so much patience, motivation, energy, and happiness surrounding both of them. This gym is amazing Bc it’s not only for adults but the children’s program is top notch. They recognize their students and go above and beyond for each child.

Brian coached and trained my son and I over 2years ,ultimately leading my son to not only his first ANBF competition win, but first men's overall, and earned his Pro Card in the same day.
