  I have never ever been to a gym like EZE In my life! My life is hectic and busy all the time so finding time to workout is tough as it is, but EZE makes it like they say “ez”. A one hour class is enough of a calorie burner killer workout that you’ll be sore for days. The staff is amazing between Haf and Michelle who are always pushing you to be better and creating new and exciting programs. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this family

  I made a point to say for everyone in my headline because it doesn’t matter your age, gender, size, race, nothing but helping one another reach their goals. Haf, the owner, instantly welcomes you in to the gym as family not as a member. He works with you financially, mentally, and of course physically to get you to reach whatever your goals are. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with licenses in 4 other fields and I can say with confidence I’ve never been in a gym that does all movements needed to help the body. Stretching, weights, cardio all in each workout at your own pace to hit your own goals. Everyone is pushing each other with challenges to help maximize your full potential. There is no other gym I would recommend to people living in New Jersey other than EZE

  I am a newbie to EZE Fit Brick.... Three weeks in....
  The coaches are absolutely awesome👍... They really watch you ' form ' which is everything..... The members are so welcoming!!! ..No judgement here . ..work at your own comfort level & progress ...that's the goal!
  I have been working out for almost 30 years in a gym.(0ld school) whether you are new at fitness or old like myself lol... Let's just say no pain ..no gain!!! This is the place to start!!! In three weeks I haven't done the same workout!!! The coaches really put 200++++ percent into setting up the workouts !!
  Whether you are looking to step out the box like myself & challenge yourself or starting that healthy lifestyle....this is where you want to be.....where Coaches care!!!
  
  Jemand's program works .... All you have to do is get there ! 💪

  Well, I’ve thought a lot about this and I cannot come up with anything better than what all of the other AMAZING reviews have said already. Without trying to be too lengthy and with the risk of being repetitive, this GEM of a gym will absolutely change your life if you let it. I promise! Just take that first step. You are SO worth it. Not only will the trainers hold you accountable, they will also make you laugh, keep you motivated, and keep you inspired to just be a little bit better than you were yesterday. Anything worth it does not come easy, but you will become the best version of yourself if you trust the process and who doesn’t want that? And to make it even more remarkable, the members are nothing short of amazing as well. We encourage each other, there is no judging and you become a part of a wonderful family. EZE has changed not only my life but my husband’s and both of my teenage children’s lives as well. Can’t thank all our Superhero coaches enough! I love you all! JUST DO IT!!!!

  I have been a member of Eze Fit for 2 years now and still make it here 4-6 times a week. I have never been able to stick to a fitness routine before Eze. Now at 51 I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my adult life. The coaches at Eze are true mentors and motivators. I have found a home here, with the most positive, encouraging people you would ever want to meet.
