  If you’re down in South Jersey this is the gym to drop in to! The owner Mike is so nice, super knowledgeable and very welcoming. The vibe and the music were great for open gym and classes. I went a few weeks ago for the first time and couldn’t wait to go back the next time I was in the area. I def plan to spend my summer gym workouts at this gym when I’m down the shore b/c I felt like I was treated like a member the first time I dropped in. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or brand new, Apache is a great place to join or just drop in to. I’ll def be going back very soon! Thanks for having me Apache!

  I did a drop in class a few weeks ago here. The gym was great, set up with everything you need, the staff and members were incredibly friendly, and the coaching was great. The workout they had planned was good and the coach made sure everyone was comfortable with the movements and ready for the workout. If your in the area this is the gym to go to.

  Apache is the gym to go to in Ocean County. The Apache Kids program keeps the kiddos moving and having fun. Our girls love it!

  Recently dropped in for an epic July 4th WOD and this gym is absolutely amazing!
  
  From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the fantastic space they have. It's so roomy and perfect for all kinds of workouts with plenty of well maintained equipment.
  
  Mike, the owner, and Maria, the coach, are just fantastic are super knowledgeable and always there to help you out. They're also incredibly friendly and create a great atmosphere.
  
  The community here is incredible too! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Would happily call this place my local gym if I lived here!

  I have dropped in a couple of times at Apache and it was nothing but welcoming! I was a little intimidated at first, but every single member is super friendly and helpful! It is very clean too! The coaches are very thorough and encourage you to do your best!
  
  Also, my 7yr old son belongs to their CrossFit kids class. He is soooo excited to get every time. Even at 7, we can see his progression and confidence grow. The coaches are so patient and work so well with all of the kids. You can genuinely tell they are all having so much fun, yet working hard at the same time! Definitely recommend Apache CrossFit in Toms River
