(July 17, 2023, 9:57 am)I have been enjoying yoga classes with the Pure Toms River community for a little over a year now. The instructors are knowledgeable, empowering and inspiring. I started last year with terrible arthritic pain in my hip and lower back. I am virtually pain free. The more I go, the better I feel, physically, mentally, emotionally.

(June 26, 2023, 12:10 pm)When I moved to the area I was able to find a new studio. Not only to work out, but to feel accepted, to feel individual, to feel welcomed. I love the different varieties of classes, instructors, music, events, retreats, etc. Ashley is an amazing owner and person! So grateful to have found such a nurturing environment. Literally saves my life some days. Highly recommended!!!
