  Best gym in the area. Tons of free weights, power racks, whole area for CrossFit training that is open to any member when there are no group sessions. Unlike other gyms where you can’t bring your own chalk, here they provide the chalk. That’s the kind of vibe it is. Month-to-month, no annual fee, very cheap, cancel anytime, no BS.

  This place is the best gym I have been to thus far!! Very kind, caring, & professional staff! CrossFit is definitely recommended (I am hooked! That’s how good it is.) All the trainers are passionate about their work and very caring. Also, please try personal training with Sue!! She is the one that got me to start going to next fitness & I am grateful to her for it! Also...Shane cares a lot about his clients and goes over and beyond to accommodate. Keep up the good work, guys!

  This gym has it all, I'll never go anywhere else! Great atmosphere, great music, all the equipment and space you could ever need, although it does get crowded during busy hours. CrossFit room, artificial turf room with sleds, tires, plenty of room to run, so many classes and membership plans, boxing, cycling, and month to month memberships starting at $20!!! The owner Shaine is super nice and down to Earth. Can't complain at all I love this gym! And they just added a physical therapy section to the building so really they have it all. An easy 5 stars
