(May 12, 2023, 1:51 pm)This CrossFit box is amazing the biggest I've seen the coaches are awesome Tom is very nice and welcoming the programming so far has been amazing I just joined but already feels like home which is huge for me cuz I'm here from Texas for work for 5 months definitely recommend giving them a try

I have never had so much fun going to the gym and my physical fitness has improved immensely since I joined in 2018!!

(March 15, 2020, 7:42 am)Love Wingman! I never thought that I would like CrossFit but I love coming here. The facilities are amazing and huge so you don't ever have to worry about space. There's plenty of equipment as well. I feel like this has created a gym culture where everyone is super friendly and willing to share with each other. The coaches are great and take the time to give you plenty of instruction and feedback.

(April 7, 2017, 9:32 am)Huge gym with great coaching and equipment. I was here for a month on a work assignment and coming to the 8am classes with Zack was always the highligh of the day. Very friendly atmosphere and the coaches are very attentive and take the time to coach everyone as an individual instead of just shouting directions at the group. Great experience and will definitely be back if Im ever in the area again.

In addition to Crossfit, they offer nutrition advice, gymnastics instruction, and weightlifting classes. I am so pleased to have all of these options available to me.
