  Awesome place! Great people, the best pool in Western MA and lots of different equipment and machines without the "I'm posting my workout on TikTok" feel of other gyms.

  Best gym in New England hands down!
  Extremely friendly and polite staff. Beautiful heated swimming pool. A variety of different rooms and machines. The facility is enormous, modern and extremely clean.

  Mid level gym equipment. Everything is meticulously maintained. Not alot of free weights and of average quality. Physical trainers are the highest quality and all are incredibly well trained. Generally an older crowd, no meat heads here! Know for their Les Mills group classes. Can be crowded in the mornings and Saturdays. Pool is well maintained and they host children's swim lessons. Generally a family gym with I'd say average prices. I shopped around before i found this place. The group instructors actually enjoy seeing regulars and don't just count you as a body.
