  I have been a crossfitter for the past 6 years dedicated to 4+ times a week at my gym. While traveling for work I found myself in extreme sciatic pain. I had spinal surgery over 10 years ago and thought I knew how this would go based on my history. Unfortunately I have been down this road before and figured I would go through the motions to get out of pain. MRI's showed the same herniations that were repaired had recurred. I figured I would start with Injections that temporarily relieved pain, a few sessions of PT at a clinic which wouldn't help and finally have to succumb to surgery. I met with a spine surgeon who recommended nerve blocks, medication and PT before setting a surgical date. He gave me the name of a few different PT clinics and sent me on my way with a followup and some pills. The pills unfortunately do not touch nerve pain and the PT suggestions seemed hopeless. Having multiple injuries over the course of my life I didn't want to go down the same rabbit hole of PT clinics and decided to search a bit harder. I found MYOKINETIX and realized from other reviews and from reading up on them that their goals were very much in line with my own and I should explore them as an option for my therapy.  They are unlike any other clinic I've been to in the past. The standard of care at run of the mill places is  just that standard- heat, ice, stim, massage, a few stretches and then sending me on my way while seeing 8 other patients at the same time. After my initial assessment at MYOKINETIX and an entire hour dedicated to just me I knew this would be different and the place I needed to be to get me back to my gym and more importantly out of pain. I wasn't looking for standard, I needed extraordinary care and I found that at MYOKINETIX.
  Anyone who has goals of getting back to the sport or activity they love needs to come here. If I went to a standard PT clinic I would be surrounded by an aging population that goes where their insurance dictates that helps them back to basic everyday function. I was not willing to allow insurance to dictate the right choice for my body. At MYOKINETIX I was surrounded by other athletes with expectations of returning to their prior functional abilities with similar goals and mindsets. Yes, it was an investment to go out of network, but when it's my body, my goals, and physical comfort I can't think of a better thing to invest in.
  My therapist really took the time to listen to my goals  and tailor a program to get me back to where I wanted to be. Nothing about any of my sessions was standard, everything was customized to me . I found dry needling and acupuncture extremely effective in my recovery as well. When I was concluding my sessions my therapist  took time to go through lifting form and techniques to prevent reinjury and to protect my back.  Even though I'm not a patient anymore the team still checks in to see how I'm doing now.
  
  I can't thank  MYOKINETIX enough for getting me to where I am today 7 months later. Back at the gym, feeling confident in my abilities and most importantly PAIN FREE. I would HIGHLY recommend MYOKINETIX to anyone in need of Physical Therapy. They are the best in the business and stand out above the rest. Incredible facility, incredible staff with the best customer service and a team that has your goals in mind. I know if I ever have another injury there is no other place I would call for PT.

  Coming into Myokinetix with a torn ACL I was very scared and nervous. I did not know what to expect and seeing all these athletes doing crazy workouts I was very scared. But from that day on these physical therapists have been my biggest support system. I am a softball player and a year and a half ago had a torn ACL. I started with this team in August 2022 and from the day I walked in knew I was going to be working with a fabulous team. This team has done everything and so much more for me during my recovery and could not be thankful enough. When I started with them my quad, hip, and glute strength was iffy and needed a lot of improvement. I worked with them 3 days a week every week until the end of September and saw insane changes. They taught me that with ACL recovery it’s not just about strengthening your knee it’s about all those little tiny and big ligaments that needed to be strengthened in order for you to be strong. It is currently December 2022 and my quad strength went up twice as much from when I came in. Also my hips got three times stronger. I am currently cleared to return to full sports and happy to say Myokinetix has been by my side through it all. Through all the sweat and work they have pushed me to be and preform as the best athlete I can be. Even though this is physical therapy you are helped, trained and pushed to work at high level training. Compared to the physical therapy I had before this is the place to be. All the physical therapists are the sweetest and kind hearted people ever and any questions you have they have an answer. I loved working with them and happy to say they have helped me become the best version of myself and got me back on the softball field. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be trained with amazing people on your recovery.

  Myokinetix is the very best place to go if you are an athlete or active individual looking to stay on top of your game. With the help of the Myokinetix team and shockwave therapy, I was able to get back to my normal activities and workouts in no time at all. Furthermore, shockwave has helped from a recovery standpoint to continue to keep me feeling my absolute best so I don’t suffer a lack in performance or injury. Total game changer and disrupter in the industry. Thank you so much to the staff at Myokinetix!!!

  I injured my back (3 disc herniations) in July of 2020 and was referred to a large commercial PT clinic for treatment. I was “discharged” from their care, and returned to the gym, but never felt 100%. I constantly felt weakness and sharp pain down my back and legs. I found Myokinetix and they have changed my life. I’m 25 years old and had debilitating back pain and now I’m completely pain free, not only with my daily living, but lifting heavy and running!! Since starting at Myokinetix, I have now been able to break both my deadlift and squat PR, whereas my previous PT advised me to no longer lift.
  
  Myokinetix gives me the individualized attention and motivation/discipline I needed. Every movement I did in clinic was videotaped, slowed down, tweaked, and coached. I loved the fact my PT was so personal to my injury, rather than the “run of the mill” rehab protocol I was given at my previous clinic. They have the most elite equipment and knowledgeable staff.The front desk associates are also the most kind and amazing people!
  
  No clinic can even be compared. I highly recommend Myokinetix!

  I simply can not speak highly enough of Myokinetix Physical Therapy. My daughter (a competitive athlete) sustained a broken ankle, which led to continued stiffness, weakness and instability. The therapists accessed my daughter & created a recovery plan ,which was thoroughly communicated to us, so we could fully comprehend every step of her specific treatment. We immediately knew she was in good hands & at the right facility.
  
  The ENTIRE team at Myokinetix took a personal interest in her recovery to regain normal stability and strength again. She was provided with true one-on-one therapy sessions, along with an EXCEPTIONAL level of care and treatment. Even after a full recovery, their dedication to their patients did not end there. She was provided with post training exercises to continue to stay fit and knowledge for injury prevention. Simply stated...this place is like no other!!
  
  We are so grateful to this wonderful and amazing team of professionals and will highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy in the future.
