I went into the car dealership looking for a certain color, Nissan rogue they completely went out their way to accommodate me and getting the color I wanted. my salesman, Frankie and the manager, Ken and the financial guy Kevin was phenomenal.. definitely had a great experience which meant a lot to me because I had just come through a very bad experience.. thanks to Mount Holly Nissan I am a very happy customer

Goes above and beyond to save customer money and keep them informed on maintenance status of the car, present and going forward into your next appointment. Service jobs done quickly. No hidden costs and super friendly staff. Been here several times and every employee makes an effort to be kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Frontier PRO4X from Mt. Holly Nissan. I was initially in contact with
Alicia S. in their internet department through their website. I let her know I
just wanted a truck as it comes from the factory for MSRP
and wasn't paying for unwanted add-ons or markups etc.
She said they were able to make that happen.
At the time, a lot of the trucks they had listed were still in transit
and did not have full window stickers available. But as the window stickers
opened up over a couple of weeks, I found the build I really
wanted one day, and immediately asked Alicia to reserve it for me with a deposit
which she was happy to do without delay.
It took most of a month for Nissan to finally get the truck to
them, but the day it landed, I worked with their salesman,
Chuck C., to make the purchase. There was no hard push for
extended warranties, but Chuck showed me the
three choices available for the truck and one of them
made good sense for me and was not too expensive, so I had him add that
on, and that was it. He had the service department
prep the truck that afternoon while I arranged financing
with my credit union and late in the afternoon I signed
papers and it was mine. Afterward, Chuck was very helpful going over the
many functions in the dash and with phone connectivity etc. to
get me started.
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and happy I was buying through
them. Chuck and Alicia are both very enthusiastic
about the new Frontier since they are both Frontier owners,
so it was great to be dealing with people who really know and
enjoy this model. I really appreciate all the help in
getting me into my new truck - the improvements over my old
Frontier are truly terrific. -

I contacted Ken Way (Sales Manager) on a Saturday morning as they had the exact truck I wanted. A couple of hours later and a few email exchanges with Ken and Paul ( Finance Director), they had everything ready for me to just come in and drive away with my new truck!! Super easy to deal with. Ken, Paul, Frank, and the team are top notch professionals!!! Thanks again!
