  Amy has truly been life changing for me. She doesn’t approach wellness as a program or a formula, but as a mindful way of life. This has worked so well for me.   I’ve been working with Amy between four and five years. She has helped me tremendously to Avoid injury. She is also very knowledgeable for the different exercises and stretching exercises to prevent injuries. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of nutrition for the body. She is also very knowledgeable to stay in good shape. Her professional attitude has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to work with her every week.

  Amy is a very generous and gifted practitioner!! I so appreciate her personal approach to clients and her willingness to "meet them where they're at". She excels in all areas of health and wellness and is a gentle but knowledgeable guide in everything from nutrition and fitness to yoga and meditation. Highly, highly recommend!!

  Amy is so talented. She is patient and encouraging and she gently reminds you to stay focused. Amy is always looking to maintain your good form with regular cues and reminders. She individualizes your routine at every visit as needed. Amy is consistent and passionate about her calling. I like that Amy keeps up to date with all aspects of health and enthusiastically shares this information. I have enjoyed nutrition, meditation and personal training with Amy for many years and look forward to every class.
