Professional service… Dynamic workout routines always yeah something new… All the trainers are excellent… Ease of setting an appointment… Everyone’s professional knowledgeable and really focus on the client during the training session! Not distracted with phones or chatting with other people like other some other places! Joined two months ago lost 20 pounds at 7% body fat!

(June 19, 2023, 4:17 pm)Redefine Fitness is NOT just a gym. Well, sure - it's a gym, but Redefine is also a place where the entire staff (which I'll get to in a second) encourages you to feel as good as YOU can - or want to.
You'll be supported in every way when you work out, (and even when you don't-and you're just learning your way around around, as I am.)
"You Got This!" Is a very familiar term to me now, as I've heard it over and over from the proprietor Anthony, and his incredibly knowledgeable and bubbly staff.
Devon, Amanda, Sterling...you rock! (Meridith and Dianna -- I'll get to you two soon!) And they are freakin' fit! That alone'll inspire you.
Redefine is a spirited, special gym. And it will do just what it says -- Redefine you!!
(Already feeling/ looking better. In just 2 weeks. )

(April 9, 2023, 3:37 pm)I have been going to Redefine Fitness, in both Mt. Sinai and Stonybrook for years and can not say how much I enjoy it in both locations. Both gyms are extremely clean and all the trainers are awesome. I also have been taking the yoga class and have seen such improvements. I would highly recommend either facility

(November 7, 2022, 9:22 am)I love the community that I have found at Redefine Fitness! I originally came to redefine fitness to level up my workouts and reach my physical fitness goals. Not only have I made physical gains however it has improved my life mentally and socially as well. The staff is extremely helpful and encouraging. The environment redefine has created is better than any other gym I have been to before, and I love their classes. Highly reccomend!
