  Wow! It’s about time this area got real tacos and burritos. The place is clean, service is top notch, and the food is amazing. My server was very friendly with a great attitude. I ordered the Moran Tacos with a house marg. The beef and chicken had so much flavor and seasoning. The food came out before I finished the complimentary chips and salsa too.
  
  There’s no competition for Spanish/Mexican food. They set the standard of tacos and burritos in the area, hands down.
  
  For reference, I lived on the Arizona/Mexico border and been to Guatemala (Moran is Guatemalan) and I’m picky about how original the food tastes. They nailed it.
  
  Thanks for great food and great service. I’ll be back every week.

  My honey and I went this evening for the first time. We were very impressed with the service. The waitress was very attentive, the food was very good. I rarely eat red meat, but the steak tacos were fabulous! These are traditional tacos, so don't expect cheese, lettuce and tomatoes...totally American! Met the owner, a very nice man.

  Cozy little spot for great Mexican/Guatemalan food! If you're looking for something different in town, you cannot go wrong with Moran.
  
  The bean and cheese pupusa was thin and so flavorful specially with the homemade slaw and salsa. The fajitas were served with warm tortillas, rice, frijol and all the fixings you need for delicious tacos. The mini chicken taquitos were also super delicious, crunchy and perfect as an appetizer.
  
  Not pictured: the Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos! These traditional tacos dont come with lettuce, cheese or sour cream. Instead, theyre served on 2 tortillas, choice of meat, onions, garnish and green salsa. Trust me when I say, order 2 or more! They are very delicious.
  
  Wash it all down with whatever flavored Agua Fresca they have on hand! These fruity drinks are made with water, sugar and fruit. They're not too sweet and a great way to cool down. I recommend the watermelon flavored.
  
  Welcome, Moran! A great foodie addition to Colchester :)

  New restaurant opened in town and went to give it a try. We opted to dine inside and were seated quickly and placed our order in a short time. The food was served fairly quickly as well. Food was hot and tasty.
